“Communication in the digital context is more fragile than it appears. The process requires that a sender and receiver use compatible technologies which evolve quickly, differently, and continuously. Moreover, it requires them to cultivate a similar mindset or the ability, the wisdom, and the will to deeply understand each other. This may prove difficult since Cultural Heritage is by nature highly intangible and leaves room for extremely personal interpretations. But it can be managed if people stay curious about their potential to be transformed and transformational.”
